Day 3 and 1216 km covered

Up at 3am Friday morning, way to early!! Arrived at Umpqua Lighthouse State Park, Oregon in the cover of darkness and rain! The next day spent climbing the dunes, wandering the shore line, and hiking around Lake Marie hunting for chipmunks! Spent 2 nights decompressing from the long drive, only to get up early Sunday morning and do another long haul to the Mt. Shasta KOA Campground. Have no clue what the area looks like, as we arrived in darkness again! Don't think the old neighbours were to happy when we pulled up next to them and fired up the BBQ! Thinking of staying a couple of day in the area, then heading east to Reno, on route to Utah. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
